How it works

Choosing compression boots, made simple

Amanda and I built this boot finder to take the guesswork out of choosing. It asks six quick questions: where you recover, whether your boots travel, which areas you want to cover, how much control you like, how often you train and your main goal. Then it matches you to one of our four systems, with a runner-up.

Which compression boots are right for me?

If you want the most control, PROPulse gives you 30 to 260 mmHg in 5 mmHg steps and six chambers you can switch off one by one. If you want freedom, PROAir is fully wireless, with seven settings from 30 to 240 mmHg and 15, 30 or 45 minute sessions. PROLite is our compact option for calves or arms, with three modes and three intensity levels. If you want hips and glutes covered as well as legs, the Lower Body Compression System is built for it.

What pressure should I start on?

Most research on compression boots has used 20 to 30 minutes at about 80 mmHg. Start there, then adjust to what feels firm but comfortable.

When should I use them?

After training, or after a long day on your feet. Less fatigue is the most consistent finding in the research. I cover the studies in Do Compression Boots Actually Work?

What if I choose the wrong one?

You're covered. Every order has free shipping in Australia, a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month warranty.
