Refund Policy

We want you to be excited about your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Below are a few noteworthy points to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from us.

Standard Return Policy:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • Please be sure to include your original order number, or else we will not be able to issue you a refund. If you cannot find your order number, please contact us before shipping your items back, and we will be happy to find it for you.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • If your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to the address associated with your order, detailing the amount refunded. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.


If within one year from the date you purchased one of our products, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components, free of charge.

This warranty excludes:
a. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
b. Units taken out of Australia or New Zealand;
c. Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
d. Units not used in accordance with our care instructions;
e. Damage exceeding the cost of the product;
f. Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the
client’s premises, and
g. Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
h. Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product within 30 days, please let us know and we'll take care of everything - including covering the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your payment using the same method you used during checkout. If you purchased via interest-free finance, there may be extra charges from your supplier, so just keep that in mind.

We do have a few limitations on returns, but as long as you're a full-paying customer and have used the product for at least 14 days, you’re eligible. Please note that if the product is stained or damaged due to your use or possession, we won't be able to offer a return or refund.

If you received your item as a gift, don't worry - we've got you covered too! Just send it back to us and we'll issue a gift certificate or refund the gift giver, depending on the circumstances.
