The massage gun is the perfect size to carry in your sports bag and take on the go to use before and after training . Compact in a bag but super affective and the intensity is great !!!!

I bought compression boots. After use it once, I can feel much difference. It helps massively with the fatigue and muscle tightness. I'm using it regularly after gym's leg session and basketball, definitely helps a lot. I'm able to exercise everyday optimally.
I compared with well known brand, Recovery Project Compression Boots has more power suits my need.

I’ve had my compression boots so far a few weeks now, I’ve used these almost daily after workouts and runs and it’s been so easy to set up, I also had a wonderful interaction with the purchase and shipping of the item. Very clear and helpful communication. Highly recommend.

Easy set up and perfect size for water to ice ratios

I absolutely LOVE my ice bath. Used it everyday for the last 3 weeks - set it up near our chest freezer for easy access to frozen ice bottles - Bunnings had the fittings so I could connect it straight to the garden hose for easy cleaning and emptying. I add magnesium and have already seen a huge improvement in my pain levels - I have arthritis, spurs and nerve impingement in my thoracic and lumber spine. Added bonus - my mental state has improved tremendously. Only down side - the top ring possibly needs to be made of something more durable we punctured it somehow an can’t find the hole - having said that my daughter has sensory issues and the softness of the upper ring is very soothing to her. Overall - best pain management alternative to medication I have found. Huge thumbs up

Ice bath is great and very simple to setup and then pack up. I did not want to have a permanent ice bath setup at home so this one is a great solution. Size is perfect as it allows me to sit comfortably but is not too large requiring a large amount of ice to get cold.
