I thought these were a gimmick. They are way better than I thought. I use them 2+ times a week depending on my work load highly recommend.

Compression boots is great and does exactly what I need it for feeling fresh to go again.
The massage gun is the perfect size to carry in your sports bag and take on the go to use before and after training . Compact in a bag but super affective and the intensity is great !!!!

I bought compression boots. After use it once, I can feel much difference. It helps massively with the fatigue and muscle tightness. I'm using it regularly after gym's leg session and basketball, definitely helps a lot. I'm able to exercise everyday optimally.
